Trace and Collections Industry Research

Focus Software Systems is an independent software developer and we are currently conducting a research programme looking at the debtor trace market.

As part of this research we are conducting a survey into current trace processes and priorities as well as the market's perception of tracehunter.

We appreciate that your time is extremely precious and in return for completing this we will: (1) send you a summary of the results for the industry trends, (2) put your name into a prize draw for IT related goodies.

Please click on this link to enter the survey:

If you do not wish to complete the survey but would like to contact somebody at tracehunter for whatever reason, please contact Tim Hayes, tim.hayes@tracehunter.co.uk, 0161 713 2213.

We do hope you can find five minutes to participate in this research but if not, thank you anyway for reading this far and for your consideration.

Kind regards
Tim
