The second in a set of free trace
workshops aimed at Directors and Managers of debt purchasers, large collection
organisations and trace only firms will be held in Scotland. This free
workshop will be held on Thursday the 6th of December at 151 West
George Street, Glasgow, Scotland. There will be complimentary refreshments
throughout including lunch for those who attend session 1. All attendees will
receive print copies of the research presented.
The
main body of the event will look at quality industry research that has been
conducted by Manchester Metropolitan University Business School into the trace
industry. The research will then be explained in the context of how Focus
Software Systems have interpreted it in the development of tracehunter v6. The
workshops will also offer a networking opportunity and a forum to discuss any
tracing issues you may be experiencing. Two sessions will be run across the day
so please select the session that most suits you. The same core material will
be covered in both sessions.
Paul Coxson, CEO of Focus Software Systems explains
“These events are aimed at being helpful with regards to trace and how to
conduct trace in an ever more complex environment. We have worked very hard to
develop a workshop which will offer a large degree of added value. We also hope
the workshops will offer a strong networking and sharing opportunity for those
involved with trace at all levels.”
David Atkinson, Senior Lecturer at Manchester
Metropolitan University Business School explains: “Our relationship with Focus
is of great benefit to both parties. We gain access to live case studies while
Focus gain access to 150 Undergraduates ideas and suggestions, which have a
positive impact on the product development work that Focus do.”
