1 in 3 companies are now loss making in the UK Debt Collection Agencies industry

The debt collection industry is still suffering from the banking crash of 2008 and 1 in 3 DCA’s is still failing to turn a profit. This is highly surprising considering the crash of 2008 was well over four years ago and perhaps it points to greater underlying problems within the collections industry. What do you think?
