The UK has returned to recession, after the economy shrank by 0.2% in
the first three months of 2012, meaning there has been two consecutive
quarters with negative growth. With a growing pressure on collection
rates, if the country is back in recession things are surely only going
to get harder for the industry as a whole. What do you think? Are seeing
a decline in collections rates? How are you managing to buck the trend
if you are managing to grow your collections business?
